Hi Asmaa,
You need to define this in your property provider and assign the related item in your workspace configuration. Once it is done in both places it will come automatically.

Dear Asmaa,
Are you using SAP? If yes then you need to write this child and parent relationship in the property provider only and the same to define in BWS configuration. You can send your full scenario to my mail to understand more about your environment to suhaque@amiantit.com.

If you have Module Suite, you can automate this programmatically from the content script using the xecm.createWorkspaceRelationship service (see image)
You can trigger the automation wherever it makes sense—such as tied to a user action, an event, or another trigger point.
In your case, you can use callbacks that will be executed when the child BWS is created (see here: Managing events (callbacks) - Module Suite 3.7.0 User Manual (answermodules.com))
Alternatively, you can achieve this by creating an OScript module and using low-level functions.

Similar to AM WR also has this functionality. The CreateAndUpdateWorkspaces SOAP endpoint has this fully documented and that is what SAP uses under the covers. When developing out product for Maximo I used the same SOAP call to do this so that is also a typical use case. Integrations like MuleSoft use this to create a simple leading client to do this XECM relations. If interested I can post the payload of a simple Relation with some explanations.
