Dears,
We are facing an unusual issue in some of our workflows and would appreciate your insights:
- After a user completes an action in a workflow, the workflow status changes to OK.
- However, the next task does not appear in the “My Assignments” list of the intended recipient.
- In the Monitoring widget, the workflow is shown as “System Monitored” instead of moving to the next step as expected.
This behavior is intermittent and does not happen on every workflow instance.
Has anyone experienced similar behavior or can advise on:
- Why tasks might not be visible to the next user despite status being OK?
- What “System Monitored” specifically indicates in this context?
- Any logs or configuration areas we should check to resolve this?
Any guidance, tips, or known fixes would be highly appreciated.
