How to change validation in user login page

Need to change validations instead of 6 need to change to 14 characters,

  assuming you are using OTDS - https://webapp.opentext.com/piroot/otds/v220300/otds-iwc/en/html/onepolpass-p.htm. If a different version you will need to check the docs for that version.
