Hello All, Can anyone provide guidance on creating thumbnails & proper high res jpg's for Word, PDF, XLS for Webtop & D2? Thumbnail Server is already doing this for tiff's. I have ADTS & MTS installed aswell. Thanks, Jesse

Hi, when i am opening the file it is showing [DM_OBJ_MGR_E_FETCH_FAIL]error: "attempt to fetch object with handle 06014cde8055a479 failed" error.
