Upgrade from 6.5 sp2 to 6.7 fulltext index / xPlore migration

Hi, I do not see anything under Tools -> Workflow -> Workflow Reporting in Documentum 6.7. I used this feature in 5.3. Is there any configuration missing in our environment. I am using DA.
