Fax Job Submitted and failed 140 minutes later
Job #2945317 was submitted at 11:21. The first attempt to send the fax was not until 13:49 which then failed at 13:50. Note that the target fax machine was not busy during this time period. What was the cause of the delay between submission and the first attempt to send?
