dmawk32 not working

Sorry, I am net to this.
I have windows 7-32 bit machine and put below files in a folder
dmawk32.exe, dmcl.dll & dm_who.awk and running below query bit it is not returning anything neither I see any error.
dmawk32 -f dm_who.awk

Also, one of my colleague is running below command, it is working for him but not for me.
dmawk32 -v user=laboc1 -v pw=myPasswd -f dereference-script.awk input.txt

What am I missing?
