You can use dqMan to export DQL results to csv file. FYI - dump/load is only good for exporting/importing objects from one repository to another. You cant give the dump b/c its binary file.

Yes, there is dump API that will dump all the attributes. AFAIK, there is no corresponding load API.

Yes, you can migrate ACLs and permission sets from one repo to another through composer via DAR.

Nope. Try google since these versions are no longer supported, under normal support.
