Index Server and Index Agent Status

Hi All -

Can anyone tell me how I can get the Index Server and Index Agent Status (Running or Stop)? In DA 6.0, there is an Index Management Node and it has the statuses for Index Server and Agent. I tried to query the dm_ftengine_config, dm_fulltext_index, dm_ftindex_agent_config objects but I did not find what I needed there. I have not explored DFC since I don't know the api for Fast.
