Accessibility Checker in Web Publisher?

I have a federal goverment client asking if this is a feature. I know that there are several other tools that can be used for this (both in the CMS and on the rendered pages). But the client is asking specifically about this feature in Documentum.

The only information I have been able to find is about a feature on EdilLive! mentioned in the Release Notes for Documentum 6 sp1 (attached).

Has anyone used this feature of EditLive? Or know of anything like this in Documentum?
