MediaBin Task Export and Import

Hi All,

We have a problem in exporting and importing the tasks.

MediaBin Version:

4.6.1 Build 7

Problem:

We have two MB servers DEV and PROD.
In DEV server we create some tasks and test it. Once it's approved we will export the task and import it on the PROD server.

Few Tasks are getting imported to the PROD server. Some tasks with "Metadata Adder" transformer with Expiration Date checked (Expiration date as Metadata)are not getting imported in to the PROD server.


Error Details:

Error importing task
Reason: Unable to import the task file. Check log for details (0X8004043d)

Error Importing Task: G:\Program Files\MediaBin Server\System Tasks\tsk1068.tmp Unknown metadata id passed to metadata adder: {99C15130-795E-4A6E-9DAB-9A59806D220C}.


The problem seems to be with metadata, how do i export the metadata of a task also.


Please help me how to solve this proble.
