Can one user accept a task sent to a group?
Options
Hello,
We have a business case where the approver of a document may not be known up front so I created a group for these approvers. Currently, the task is sent to and must be completed by everyone in the group before the workflow is completed and the document Effective. Is there a way to make it so when one person accepts and carries out the task, it is then removed from all the other workflow task lists.

When defining the activity, you must define it as 'Single user from group (First to acquire the work item)':
"You select a group name when you create the template. At runtime, the server assigns a new work item to every group member. When one member of the group acquires the work item, the work items are removed from all other group member’s Inboxes."

Thanks Pedro, is that defined within Process Builder or Workflow Manager? I don't have access to those tools at present, can it be done in D2-Config?0

It can be done in the Activity definition in Workflow Manager or Process Builder.
