Error when Log off webtop

We are on D6.5sp3. sometimes when user log off webtop, they get a java.lang.NullPointerException.

Anyone encounter the same problem? How could we resolved this?

  A bit more information is require, such as the full stack trace and whether there are customisations on the log off process

  What JRE is the user using?

  thanks for all the ideas.

  Found that if user open webtop on 2 IE. when log off from the 1st IE, log off on 2nd IE will have the error.

  If open the 2nd webtop from 1st IE tool-> New Window, there will be no error.
