adding a URL on a label

Hi I am trying to add a label which contains a URL but I want it to point to a particular folderID

e.g.   http://localhost/metastorm/eFolder.aspx?FolderID=%FolderID" Target="\_blank">test

Any ideas on how I can get this to work.

If I hard key the folderID instead if using the variable it works fine but I need this to be variable as it will point to different folders.

I am using Metastorm V7.5
