Integration with Sharepoint

Hi,

 

 

I want to create forms which requires more features than metastorm offers.

Example : I want the total form to be in a table with all the fields in each cell.

 

Could any one suggest how to do this in Metastorm ?

i am thinking about using Sharepoint forms, i dont know the complexity involved in the integration. Can any one suggest me the complexity involved in Sharepoint integration and also the issues by using it..

 

I am not able to get the posts on Sharepoint integration. appreciate if you can share the links related to sharepoint.

    Hi Sandeep.

     

    do you have a mockup on what exactely you like to achieve. I understand that you like to have a grid showing all folder data instead on a form itself. Is that correct?

    I also have a similar requirement, need to have a complex screen build but unfortunately we are not sure on how to build that using Metastorm.

    Hi,

     

    We want to design a portal in sharepoint which may include , Table with the data, check boxes for selecting the appropriate data and also search screen in the same form (Which should be populated on  a click of button). Since this is not so easy in Metastorm we have decided to using share point for the same.

     

    Now we need to know how to do the integration of the Share point forms with Metastorm and also how to map the values or fields in the share point forms to the metastorm variables.

     

    Hope i am clear in expaining our requirement

    Please provide your inputs on integration

    hello
    there is always way to make such complex forms.
    about example in jpg. this is not as complex as it looks. you could try to make it in pure Metastorm.
    But there is always another way. You can create this layout dynamic on form load in javascript. The only thing you have to do is load data from db to some hidden memo and initialize form fields. after user click save button you have to get data from the form. save it into memo field and commit form. it's quite powerfull trick we sometime use. we have some kind of framework to make dynamicly forms :)
