Can anyone provide assistance on how to open up forms to Public Access?

We are using Metastorm 9.1 and we have modified the web.config as described in the Administration Guide, set the values to Guest in the Action and Form but can still not open a form without logging into the dashboard.

Any help would be appreciated.

You also need to set the SSO login SAP file in the database, and you need to use a specific SSO URL, after changing the (or creating a new) web application (or whatever it is termed) for SSO in IIS.

There are a number of very important steps. Every single one must be followed exactly, or it will not work, and not tell you why.
