Workflow Text overflowing boundaries of Activity Object

I am publishing workflows and interpretation content.  I like it all except the way the avtivity names in the workflow will spill out of the object.

I attached a sample of what it looks like to my  customers, and I included a "snagged" workflow the way it shoudl look.

Any ideas out there?
