    Hi Prakash,

    I will send you the FTP details for download.  We don't have an ECCN yet, so we can't just post it in here as planned.  It is illegal for us to distribute the software outside of the US until we obtain the ECCN.

    I cannot find where to download V9.  Your response to Prakash's request was that you would send FTP instuctions.  Please send them to me also.
