TODO List does not contain any folders
Hi,
I have a problem at one of our customers. They are on version 9.1.0.
When opening the "To Do" list there is no folders visible. User needs to click once more to upload the folders. Normally this seems to happen when opening Metastorm the first time. However the report also indicates that moving from another open window, to the the main view to open the "To Do" list also creates this scenario.
Anyone else who has this problem? Can a upgrade to latest service pack help us?

How is the to do list working? Is it generated by dynamic roles? What browser is being used?

Both dynamic roles and static roles. Watch list works fine and we have both static and dynamic roles there as well. The customer are using IE 9 and IE 8.
