DESIGNER CRASHES!!!

I am seeing my designer crash on a regular basis... by regular I mean 6 times today with a loss of 3 hours work.

 

I am told that it is due to having a number of BO assigned to the whole process ( process and forms) but that sounds nuts. getting at my wits end with this - it throws up the error screen without any notice, the one that has debug in the left and close in the right.

 

What is going on??  we are on version 9.1.1.2

    Seems to be a relatively stable version for me. What OS are you on, and how many Business Objects?

     

    I can cause it to throw an error, but I don't lose any work.

    About 37 business Objects and on  XP sp3

    Try checking and cleaning your Temp directory.

     

    I noticed that after awhile Metastorm Designer leaves a lot of undeleted 0 size temp files in your .AppData\Local\Temp directory.  After 65500+ files, my designer would act up and crash a lot... leaving more temp files.  Emptying\Deleting the temp files seemed to have resolved my issue.

     

     

    Start Run - %temp%
