Changing default frames in HTML output
Hi,
I am publishing models as HTML and would like to change the default layout so that the left hand frame (for contents/index) is much narrower than the frame for displaying the models. I can change the default.htm file but this then gets overwritten the next time I publish the models.
Is there any other way to change this?

Hi Alison,
I am pulling up the particulars on how to do this and will share with how to do this shortly.
Thank you,

Hi Alison,
You can't specify this in ProVision, but you can modify the HTML files to do this. For instance, in the default.htm, change the frameset values. By default they are:
You can the second frameset value to determine the size/placement of the frames, for instance:
The first value specifies the left frame, the second value specifies the second frame.
The other thing you could try is modifying the PvwHtmlSummaryStyle.CSS in C:\Program Files (x86)\Metastorm\ProVision631\Program\

Thanks Matt. The disadvantage with changing default.htm is that it is has to be done each time the files are published. I can't see a way to change it in the summary css, but I'm not an expert!
