Provision upgrade from V6.2.3 to V6.3.1

Hi Team,

 

This is Manjunath from Unisys ,We are planning to upgrade provision version from 6.2.3 to 6.3.1..

 

Please guide me what all the prerequisite needs to be taken before upgrade and steps to upgrade and what all the changes

 

needs to be done after upgrade

This sytem is based on Apache Tom Cat Web Services and SQL Server data base..

    Hey Manjunath,

     

    Can you please create a ticket via the PV Support Site?  To have access to the PV Support Site (Case Submission, Installers, Documentation, Product Packs, etc) you will need to send an email to CommunityAdmin@Metastorm.com to link your new MCC account with your Customer Support ID.  After that has been completed you can login to MCC -> Click Support -> Click ProVision Support Site, click Submit Case. You will also have access to the latest ProVision and Knowledge Exchanges downloads and documentation by going to:  https://knowledge.opentext.com/go/Metastorm and login with your MCC credentials.

     

    Regarding the upgrade I would advise reading the following documents:
