Standard attribute exclusion
Is it possible to "hide" the standard property attributes in a modelling language? You need to specify which attributes are available for which objects when you create customised attributes. Can the same thing be done for the standard attributes?

Can you explain this in a little more detail? Are you creating custom "attribute" objects?
Thanks,
Rob

Hi
I recall I raised this as an enhancement request what might be a few years back fopr something similar to this.
Currently each object has a standard set of properties that appear on the properties tab. Using customisation we add properties than assign those proprties to objects and links. These then appear on the properties tab for an object along with the standard properties.
I beleive we are unable to to do is hide / remove the standard properties, many are not applicable so ideally that wouldn't show on the object properties tab unless we want them populated.

Hi Jim
You are 100% correct, MetaStorm Help confirmed that one is unable to exclude any of the standard attributes. The challenge is that standardisation of the modelling effort becomes reactive aqs oppsed to proactive.
