Problems accessing the system

Hi! We are having problems accessing BPM Metastorm platform. We intent to submit a Farm Bill proposal, which must be submmited through Metastorm... Does anyone know what is going on?

We have disallowed the pop-up blocker and we are also using Internet Explorer browser...

    1. Have you been able to access the Metastorm web site on previous occasions?

    2. Is the Metastorm web site within your infrastructure or hosted somewhere else?
