ACL for Admin Forms
We are currently implementing a personalized "portal" to replace the default start pages in the metastorm client. A part of this is reading the "access list" to determin which forms to show the current user. For the blank forms this was fairly simple but for the admin forms we are totally stumped. We have not been able to figure out how or what to query to determine what access the current user has to the admin forms. I'd rather not maintain a seperate, manual table for this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You can access the different lists using URLs like the following which will load the admin form list for a user:
http://localhost/metastorm/ListViewer.aspx?Type=Admin&Client=External
Section 4 "MBPM URLS" of the Web Client Configuration Guide has further details on accessing different sections of the web client directly and what URL parameters are available.

Hi John
You should be using the ECL for this.
You can call the GetList method to return a valid list of forms for the current user.
The ECL documentation is contained within the SDK which is downloadable from https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/cs.dll/Open/20591547
Thanks
Iain
