Error connecting to KE Server from Provision 9.1
We get the error attached to the post when we try to connect to KE server via Provision 9.1
Does anyone know what this means and/ or how to fix the problem?

Hi Ellen,
Based on the screenshot you have sent, my understanding is that the KEServer has an older version (probably below 9.1) while the Provision has the latest version. According to my knowledge through this community, I came to know for using Provision 9.0 the KEServer also should have the same version.
You can check out the version of KEServer by directly connecting through webvision URL and by clicking on "About" on top right.
