Hi Tushar,

Sounds like you have an issue with a process that has been developed for Metastorm BPM rather than having an issue with Metastorm BPM itself so it will be  trickier to understand as it will depend on the code that has been built and deployed to the environments.

Are you able to share what code is being executed when the action completes?
