Password Expired

Hi,

I downloaded a copy of AppWorks Gateway and installed it on my server. I followed all the steps as stated on the guide, but when I login using otag as a password and username, I get the following error.

HTTP Status 401 - PASSWORD_EXPIRED

Can anyone help with this?

    hi Sean,
    in such case it needs to be reset with the otds tool.
    If you use an OTDS instance built in to AppWorks try going to http://localhost:8080/otdsws/login
    it should allow you to change the expired password.

    Hi Marcin,

    Thank you for your reply. I'm trying to change the password, but I keep getting this error.

    -> Password must contain an upper and lower case character, a digit, and a non-alphanumeric character

    The passwords that I am trying to use are: P@ssword14 , P@ssw0rd , Pass+word14
    Nothing seems to work.

    hi Sean,

    Apparently it's a known bug resolved in the latest version of AppWorks Gateway. I recommend reinstalling the gateway and redeploy your app.
