Can you access this now? Not sure if it was a bad link or a temp outage. When I go to the following link I can see the API for this product.
https://developer.opentext.com/ce/products/extendedecm/apis/contentserver223restapi
This can also be accessed when searching and clicking the relevant tile at https://developer.opentext.com/apis.
