How can I signup for an M3 account?

The following steps describe how to sign up for free trial access to Metastorm M3.

 

 

Procedure

  1. Go to http://www.metastorm.com/products/metastorm-m3-modeling.asp
  2. Click the purple rectangle that reads "Request Free Trial Access to Metastorm M3 Today"
  3. Read the License Agreement.  If you agree to the terms click the "I Agree" button otherwise click the "Decline" button.
  4. If you Agree to the License Agreement you will need to complete the following required fields:
  • First Name – Type your first name.
  • Last Name – Type you last name.
  • Email Address – Type your email address.  This will be your login name for M3.
  • Company Name - Type your company's name.  This will be used as the name of your organization within M3.
  • Job Titile - Type your job title
  • Phone Number  – Type your telephone number.
  • Country – The country in which you reside.
  • Password – Type the password that you will use to log into M3. The password must be at least eight characters long and contain a special character, such as @ or $.
  1. To complete the sign up request click the 'Submit request' button.

  • Hi Everytime I'm trying to sing up, i have an arror : Error Creating Account: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.3 Requested action aborted; user not authenticated

  • We are currently looking into the cause of this issue.  Your account registration was received and processed.  Although the error indicates that the registration failed it was successful.

    I have tried to sign up but do not receive any confirmation nor can I log in. I tried to click reset password and still do not receive any email or confirmation.  Any idea why?

    Your account request was submitted.  An approval email was sent to the email address that you used to register for the account.  if you have any further problems with Metastorm M3 please let us know.

  • Hi,

    I registered for an M3 account last week and got a confirmation e-mail. Problem is that I failed to sign in with the password I chose when registering. I tried several times and finally pressed "Forgot your password?" but did not receive any mail.

    What can I do now?

    Your password has been reset and an email containing your credentials sent to you.
