Hello everyone, I have created OpenText IAM Account and I have verified my account but now I'm trying of create a Develop Plan Free
But show me the next error when i try of create a free SignUp
I have two days tried but I dont know if it exists tenancy available for my country I'm From Mexico,,, I would appreciate your support

That field needs to be the same email address that you used to create your account.
Kindly follow these steps to re-activate your account
1. Go to https://login.opentext.com/forgotPassword.do?event=activate.
2. In the User ID (ID de usuario) field, enter the email address you used to log on to your OpenText Connect account and click Submit.
