How can I migrate/deploy OTCS groups?
How can I migrate or deploy Groups created in OTCS 22.3 from a development environment to other environments?
Apologies for what seems like a basic question, but I have yet to find any documentation, help guides or other that mention it outside of an upgrade situation.

If the Groups are in your Development System only in the CS Database(KUAF type=1) the easiest would be to get that extracted and the reverse done as a WR in the target system .If you created Groups using OTDS in your Dev then the same query should be put in the target OTDS .Both OTCS and OTDS have API's albeit their usage are different as well.

Having read much of the CS Documentation I can tell you this is not in there.
IMHO you shouldn't be making a lot of Internal CS Groups tp begin with. If you have lots of groups you really should be syncing them in from AD via OTDS. The number of Internal CS Groups should be small for a true "Enterprise" deployment of CS.
If for whatever reason you have to make this groups in this CS instance, as Apu says, WR or the REST API is your best bet.
